            12 months of coaching

• The 12-month commitment is for those looking to achieve extraordinary results within one year for their life/career/business.
• This program will give you the support, insight, accountability, resources, and tools you need to accomplish your dreams, goals, and desires.
• Lay the groundwork and gain momentum and support through the stages of transformation – clarity, focus, strategy, inspired action and results.
• Expect increased energy, happiness, alignment with self, increased productivity, connection, freedom and personal fulfillment

  • 2-hour introduction strategy call
  • Two times a year- Coaching Immersion in person with Amy. 5 days of access and masterminding with Amy customized to the current needs of the client. This may include life, career, relationships or business or a combination.

  • Two, ½ day online masterminds with Amy to link the time & program work between in-person meetings and weekly calls. This one on one time beyond coaching calls to accelerate, create momentum around life/career/business
  • Weekly 60-minute coaching calls.
  • 4- 30-minute laser coaching calls to be used anytime throughout the year for clarity, focus or whatever unexpected challenges may come up. To be used at client’s discretion beyond scheduled coaching calls and masterminds.

• Created for people who are dedicated to creating positive results from their personal desires
• This program will give you the support, insight, accountability, resources, and tools you need to get started defining and moving towards your dreams, goals, and desires.
• An initiation to laying the groundwork, creating momentum and providing support through the stages of transformation – clarity, focus, strategy and an inspired action plan.
• Expect increased energy, happiness, alignment with self, increased productivity, connection, freedom and personal fulfillment
• Features –
  • 90-minute introduction strategy call
  • One Coaching Immersion in person with Amy – full day of access and masterminding with Amy. This may include life, career, relationships, business or a combination.

• Features- This is a solo immersion, customized to your personal/business needs based on your current goals, challenges and desired outcomes. Pre-work will be assigned to complete before coming together live so we can hit the ground running when we meet.
• *price does not include travel and accommodations. All live events will take place in Southern California.

 Inspired Connection Laser Coaching Program

             4 Laser Coaching Sessions

• Four, one-hour laser coaching sessions
• Laser coaching sessions are for those who want to gain clarity or focus on one particular issue within the 4-session timeframe.
• This option is created for those who have a specific challenge, desire or opportunity they need support with. It may include creating a strategy, developing an action plan, brainstorming resources and connections or masterminding new ideas for a project.
• This is limited coaching (4 laser sessions) with unlimited possibilities.
• The 4 sessions must be used within a 5-week consecutive time frame.
