At the age of 25, Peter Lotterhos lead his first three-day seminar called the Basic Training. Over the last 15 years he has worked with communities, individuals, and organizations throughout the United States to help them achieve their primary goals and objectives. He shares that he created his trainings from his upbringing and life experiences. He grew up in New Jersey, the child of two psychotherapists. his parents cultivated an environment that fostered communication rather than a dominant/submissive parent-to-child relationship. This paradigm, that children are able to be responsible for creating their lives, created freedom for Peter. His parents’ philosophy led to many conversations that created the space for Peter to develop insight into why and how he made his choices, the results of his choices, and the opportunity to be accountable for the choices he made. What he discovered is how humans create their Programming and how their Programming operates! Programming is the past showing up in our present moment, limiting the freedom to truly design our lives.
Peter created Transformational Mind Dynamics (TMD) and began working with his clients to discover the origins of their Programming choices from their everyday thinking, feeling, speaking and perceiving, i.e., the way their minds worked. “It was their minds that were creating their dis-ease, not their disease.”
He now uses TMD to support people in creating the lives they have always wanted. This work is not done through slogans or “pick-me-ups,” rather by having clients discover the Programming that has been, up until their enrollment in the Basic Training, creating their lives. Once people become aware of their Programming, they can begin to transform their lives. The result is a life that is consciously created: a life full of aliveness, connection, passion, and love.
