Lincoln Chafee “Trust is built with consistency.”
Where you are being consistent in your life is where you energy is and that’s what’s growing.Whether it’s good or bad it’s the truth.
Take a look at the activities everyday you are focused on- mindset, physical activity, to do list.
What is the end result you are looking to achieve? Is it weight loss? Is it business growth? Is it being kind?
Are you thinking good thoughts or thinking you can’t?
Is your daily mindset positive or negative?
What is happening every day towards achieving your goal. What are you focused on? Whatever you are focused on is most likely where you are being consistent, whether it’s intentional or unintentional.
What is your daily practice so you can see what’s moving you towards your results.
Business, well-being, relationships consistently creating daily/weekly practices that must happen all the time to move towards your goals. Consistency is the fuel to achieving your goals. What are you consistently doing to achieve your goals. It could be something or it could be nothing. It’s important to notice.
The little things we do consistently move us towards achieving the results we’d like to have in our life. Notice if you are achieving the results you’d like, if not, take look at your behavior and daily activities to see where you’re energy is going.
Where are you consistently putting energy is the direct path to whether or not you are achieving your goals.
Recommit to what it is you’d like to achieve in your life and do it consistently.
Know what you want to know who you need to be and what you need to do to achieve it.
Whatever it is for you be consistent! Practice and keep recommitting!
